Greg Woods was born in Springfield Massachusetts July 26, 1961. He was a young entertainer who started out as a dancer in a pop lock group called "Electro Static". At that time they became the hottest dance group in Lower Mass and competed against other dance groups across the East Coast.

 

At the age of 45 he started singing with the band called "Down Five", an R&B group, and from there he went on following his dream to sing lead vocals with the group,"Just Us". He was also the lead vocalist in a doo-wop group called "The Memories", located in Springfield Massachusetts. 

 

Upon moving to Florida 10 years ago Greg started singing with the group called "Manhattan Harmony" all over Florida.

Greg is a soulful singer and a very spiritual person who loves bringing joy to the audience. Besides being a soloist, he also sings with "Motown in Motion" an essence of Motown, a group which Larry Johnson is also a member and who presently sings with the Temptations lead singer Barrington Bow Henderson. In 2016 Greg was the opening act for the Winery in Fort Pierce Florida for Glenn Leonard who was also previously a member of the Temptations. Greg has also opened up for Dionne Warwick in February 2017 and he has made a guest appearance with the Temptations in the Springfield Massachusetts in 2017.
